How to Enable Or Disable Comments in Blogger Blog

To Enable or Disable comments on your blog perform following steps:

1. Go to Settings -> Comments for your blog
2. For Comments select "Show" and to disabe it select "Hide"
   
3. For Who Can Comment? select Anyone or Registered Users
4. Now Go to Layout
5. For Blog Posts select Edit
6. In the pop up select check box for comments and to hide comments deselect the check box
